Starting September 2025, we have a position for a 6-month MSc internship. The project "Universal lesion tracking in whole-body longitudinal CT imaging" is aimed at tracking multiple lesions throughout the body between different CT scans taken at different timepoints. This tracking would help radiologists better assess the progression of abnormalities from any region in the body and therefore improve treatment planning and surgical preparation. You will explore and apply recent open-source, as well as our in-house deep learning-based image registration methods for this task. In our department, you will gain valuable experience with AI in a clinical research setting.
